Mr. Simmons is responsible for Strategic Planning and Sales in nAble Solutions’ North America market.

Mr. Simmons has over 18 years of Outsourcing experience, primarily in the Telecommunications sector. Prior to joining nAble Solutions he held various roles in Customer Service, Management, and Sales for both large, multi-national companies Nortel and Alcatel as well as Telecom start-up Metro-Optix, and most recently as VP of Business Development for Goodman Networks, a US based Telecom Services Company. He has a strong, proven track record, specializing in managing key accounts in excess of $75M annually, as well as developing strategic emerging clients. Mr. Simmons’ commitment to Integrity, Character, and Customer Service is the foundation of his approach to client and partner relationships.

A post-graduate in Software Tech, he has worked extensively on C, C++, UNIX, Java based technologies.

He has successfully played the roles of Programmer, Team Lead, Architect, Project Leader, Delivery manager, Director – Technical Services. He also has a multi-platform expertise, and has worked on architectures right from 8-bit systems to 64 bit systems. He has worked on systems, applications and ‘n-tier’ software programming. His work experience spans various organizations/clients in India, US, UK, South Africa, Germany with big clients like Accenture, Heidelberg Druckmaschinen,

He is a First Class post-graduate in Pure Mathematics (1972) and has over 30 years of experience in software development. He has worked with Mafatlal Consultancy Services, Voltas Limited and Silverline Technologies Limited before joining N-able Solutions. He has worked on various domains and platforms. Analytical ability, process centric approach and documentation skills are some of his strengths.

He has over 22 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and has the experience in development and support in various fields from scientific applications for space research, real time applications and business applications. He has conducted systems training for a number of government and public sector undertakings.

He is also a visiting faculty to a number of Management Institutes in Pune.

Mr Rakesh is yet another star in the nAble team of line managers with over 11 years of experience in executing, controlling and managing the IT projects with Quality and Dead-lines in mind.

His special skills are Project Management, Client Interaction, Requirements Analysis & Design from the managerial front and C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET, HTML, COM, C, C++,VB,MS SQL Server, MS Access & Win-2000 from technological fronts.

Mr. Sunil comes with a first class degrees in science, engineering and management and over 25 years of experience in IT and ITES with Indian and MNC organizations like VOLTAS and Toyo Engineering Corporation of Japan. The flair for understanding the new concepts, tuning his team and the companyto the new concepts are his greatest strengths.

His domain expertise has been in inventory, payroll, shares and securities, accounting, ERP, CRM, eCommerce, business development ISO certification and has successfully handled the projects in them.
