A portal is being developed by us for people who want to further their careers in the healthcare industry. This project has been undertaken for a growing organization abroad. The portal helps people to search for jobs of their choice as posted by various employers. Candidates may post their resumes with choices, for prospective employers to view. The portal connects with educational institutions, with programs in health care. These programs are stepping stones for career development. Information on licensure for practice and as to where they may be obtained is also offered by this portal. Thus the portal has three dimensional utility: 1.Students to select their career courses in health care industry, 2. Candidates to get their dream jobs and 3 .The employers to get right kind of employees.

A company whose vision was to promote inter-cultural development in multinational organizations around the globe, entrusted in us or developing an online browser based assessment tool. The dashboard was developed for a world-wide manufacturing and distribution company involved in high-end fluid pumps. The development was for managing the Sales, Initiatives and Opportunity functions for the Asia-Pacific regions and to generate reports for various hierarchy levels providing information of current status and variance analysis. The dashboard is meant to be the virtual work place for every user and had to interact across the hierarchy as well as between the distributors and manufacturing units.

NetSuite is the acclaimed product covering CRM, E-commerce, and ERP for Small and Medium size Businesses (SMB). It has over 8000 customers in the US and UK. We collaborated with two of the authorized customer service providers of the product and through them participated in customization of NetSuite for some of their customers. The activities covered gap analysis, and development effort involving Javascript, advanced HTML and proprietary XML (smbXML).

CPA / CPV functionality:
This is a pan-India CPA, CPV and auditing agency for multiple banks with 18 branches all over India. This is dynamic, secure, single point web-based application with immediate multi-level DEDUP across multiple banks and regions, which provides a distinct competitive advantage. We completed the analysis-design phase.

Multi-lingual front desk software:
A Multi-lingual banking application for the front desk developed in ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server 2000 with full conversion from English to Arabic and back. Full conversion implies the UI and the database are dynamically translated between English and Arabic. We demonstrated the full conversion using a custom built translator. The database also stores data in multiple languages. Parameterized, analytical and dynamic reports were also built - all with partial translation and some with full translation. Admin and user parts were created differently.
